Warranty Policy

MOSHILA Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with MOSHILA. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent customer experience.

1. Warranty Policy

All bags, accessories, footwear, clothing, and leather goods purchased from MOSHILA include a sixty (60) calendar day warranty from the delivery date.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Broken stitching
  • Detached soles or components
  • Structural defects in buckles, zippers, or materials

Warranty Conditions

To qualify for warranty service, products must:

  • Be clean and in hygienic condition
  • Not show misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
  • Not be altered, repaired, or modified by third parties
  • Include original labels and packaging when possible

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use
  • Scratches, tears, stains, discoloration, odors, or pet damage
  • Natural material variations or normal wear
  • Improper cleaning or repairs by third parties
  • Personal care products or jewelry/accessories

Warranty Resolution

If approved, MOSHILA may:

  • Repair the product within fifteen (15) business days
  • Replace the product with a similar item (subject to availability)
  • Issue a store credit valid for six (6) months
  • Provide a refund if no other solution is possible

2. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within five (5) business days after receiving the product for online purchases only.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Be returned with proof of purchase

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Personalized products
  • Used items
  • Personal-use items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or final-sale items

Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • Bank transfer

Refund processing may take up to thirty (30) calendar days depending on the payment provider.

3. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the product.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • Customers assume shipping costs related to exchanges
  • Products of lower value are not refundable; store credit will be issued instead

4. Payment Reversal
